What We’ve Worked On
There’s no better way to learn about what we do at HouseSold Real Estate, LLC than to check out the projects we have recently completed. These houses did not start this way. For the majority of the houses, we had to tear out the kitchen, bathroom, windows, siding, heating systems and replace with brand new. Many of these houses also had additional issues that could range from buried oil tanks to failed well systems or the house could be infested with termites or require asbestos remediation. Over the years we have purchased hundreds houses with significant problems and we were always able to develop a solution that worked for us so that we could restore the property to it original beauty.

Each house has a story and a history that is now being wonderfully restored.

This was such a great project. We transitioned this classic brick center-hall colonial from a 3 bedroom and 1.1 bath to a 3 bedroom, master suite and a full 2.1 baths. We converted the screened-in porch into a perfect home office which featured lots of sunlight and hardwood floors. With a spacious backyard and a detached 2-car garage, this house has it all.

HouseSold Real Estate, LLC constructed this residential and commercial building in West Hartford. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget.
