HouseSold Real Estate, LLC has been in business since 2007 and during that time we have purchased and sold hundreds of properties throughout Connecticut.  This experience has provided us with the experience and know how to resolve any situation.  You can say that we have "seen it all".

What is a "Virtual Offer"?

That process is quite simple. You contact us by submitting the information on our website or give us a call.  All you need to do is provide us with the property address along with the condition of the roof, windows, boiler/ furnace, kitchen, bathrooms, central air, electrical panel and landscaping.  We then conduct an online analysis and we then provide you with a "ballpark" estimate on the purchase price of the property.
If that offer is acceptable or in the price range then we follow-up the offer with an on-site inspection of the property.  At that time, we validate the information and then we present a written offer.  The process is really that simple!!
